The best thing happened. I was cast as a creature in I AM LEGEND, Will Smith's next film for Warner Bros. This casting had an automatic SAG must-join-at-once classification. In the one year I have been with NYCastings I got both my SAG and AFTRA cards. It would have been impossible without NYCastings. This is an incredibly competitive business. NYCASTINGS, has opened a few doors for me! I booked a pilot for MTV, called Hip Hop Hold 'Em! I will be seen each time the show comes on in the bumper, lead character in the polit, as a flashy ballin' hero! I also was booked on Sat. Night Live as an X-5 extra w/ speaking lines, in the super bowl shuffle scene w/ Tom Bradey, some time ago! I also got booked to be on good morning america w/ Ving Rhames to help promote the new & retired show Kojak! I booked a promo commercial for Lifetime Television Network, as a lifeguard, for Rob Lowe's Beach Girls! So, yeah NYCastings, is definitely one of the best & legit & actually benefical sites around, & besides the resume set up it so useful to have & show other clients, it's like a comp card w/ your accomplished bookings listed, so I always attach this to my comp cards anyway, because it doesn't just says, "I have nice pictures", it says, "I working, marketable, and here my proof"!

Dear NYCastings,
I am writing to you because this is my second time subscribing to NYCastings. I have been quite successsful this go round. I have been called for at least two commercials and one industrial audition. I appeared in one independent film in July 2006 called " Who Needs Em", one independent film in August 2006 called "One Night Stand" and I am currently working with Sheer Stock Photo doing stock photography shoots. I am very happy with NYCastings.

I must admit I was holding out for a booking to make the sunk cost of subscription worth something, but I knew this site would offer an opportunity soon enough!
