With zero regard for anyone other than himself and his wife, he feeds on power and manipulation with no remorse for any of his crimes. Skylar has a GIANT secret that only he and his wife know about - he very much wants to be a woman, so much so that he is willing to kill to get the money to finance the expensive surgery involved.
