Ms. Augustin is no stranger to the entertainment industry. Born on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, she was exposed to music at an early age by her mother, Grezlie Augustin, the opera singer. She began her music career training in ballet at the age of three, studying at the Eileen Kauffman, and Ballet Hispanico schools. She also sang in her church choir, the Apostolical Church of God. Gabrielle continued on to study piano in a classical conservatoire, while playing piano at her families church . She continued onto learning classical and broadway styles of piano by the former Juiliard teacher Ms. Iya Fedotova.
