| Advertising on NYCastings | |
There are 3 ways of advertising with NYCastings. 1. Billboard banners (shown above). The specs for these banner ads are 515 pixels (width) by 230 pixels (height). This size is equivalent to 5 3/8" x 2 3/8". These banners will run in rotation with other ads on most pages on this site. The placement is ideal for advertising because it appears at eye level on each page, and due to their large size cannot be missed. Page views received by banners are projected to be 40,000 - 50,000 per month. Formats can be .jpeg, flash or .gif (please stay under 100k in file size) We do have tracking on banners, collecting both page views & click-troughs per banner. (If you have a flash banner you will need your designer to insert a piece of code from us to have the tracking work). The ad rates for these advertisements are: - $300/mo. - $240/mo. w/ 3 mo. commitment (20% savings) - $210/mo. w/ 6 mo. commitment (30% savings) ------------------------------------ 2. Sponsorship of the NYCastings Daily Sheet. The specs for this banner ad is 700 pixels (width) by 90 pixels (height). This banner appears at the top of the NYCastings Daily sheet, which is sent out each day at 6pm to our current email list of 16,400+. Space is sold on a weekly basis, and is ideal for time sensitive pitches. If you would like to join this list to see it in action you can sign up here.  The ad rate for these advertisements are: - $200 per week - 7 day run. Must be scheduled in advance, as it a first come first serve basis. ------------------------------------ 3. Listing in the Resources Directory. The button for this page is in the top navigation menu at the top of every page on the site. This directory lists business in categories much like a phone book. A full page advertisement of your service will contain up to 6 images, contact info and full web page to list any text you like. Click here to see current advertisers. Rate: $50 per listing. Will
be listed for up
to 6 mo. max or any end date that you specify. Ads run in chronological order based on date
entered. So the newest ads placed are on top. For advertisers who
wish to be at the top of the category listings, we offer a "Top
5" listing status. This means visitors ALWAYS
