We developed our six-week intensive ten years ago and have honed it in such a way that students leave our program completely transformed! Because our expectations are higher and the training itself is harder, Ward Studio faculty are able to realize profound improvements in our students’ work in a short period of time.

For six weeks, our students train at a professional pace that requires a high quality of attention and strong discipline.! Classes meet Monday-Thursday (generally from 10am – 6pm) leaving evening and weekend hours free for rehearsals and homework assignments.

Our curriculum is synergistic, with all courses building on each other. Rather than test-driving a variety of techniques, our students receive a cohesive approach that remains constant in each classroom they enter. The atmosphere of the intensive is both collegial and competitive. We will help you work at a faster pace, remain determined, become less sensitive to criticism and increase your stamina for professional life in the industry.
