Subscription Information

FOR CREDIT CARD SUBSCRIBERS:
To renew or cancel your subscription, please login first and then Click Here. If you experience any problems you can call us at 212.812.1441, ext. 2 or e-mail us at Subscriptions@NYCastings.com. Please keep in mind that all subscription payments are non-refundable as stated on our sign up page, so if you cancel your subscription in the middle of your billing cycle (after you have already been charged), your subscription will remain active until that billing cycle is complete.

TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
If you would like to pay for your subscription to NYCastings by check or money order, please follow the instructions below:

1) Subscription must be for a minimum of 3 months (quarterly subscription).
2) Please make check or money order payable to NYCastings for $29.99 for the first 3 months or $90.00 for a 1 year subscription. 
3) Please include on a separate sheet of paper:

-  Email address
-  Telephone number
-  First and Last name
-  Username and Password (to login to your account)

4) Please mail to NYCastings, P.O. Box 217, Ringwood, NJ 07456.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will set up your account and contact you so that you can start logging in to set up your resume page. At the end of the 3 month period that you have paid for, we will contact you to let you know that the 3 months will be expiring and to please send another check or money order by the due date in order to keep your subscription active. If we do not receive the next payment by the due date, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be de-activated. 

Photo Editing Policy

The website is designed and contains instructions so that you can upload your photos on your own without our assistance. However, if you are experiencing any difficulties and would like our staff at NYCastings to assist you, please follow the instructions below:

1) We can edit and upload your first photo for free.
2) After the first photo, there is a $5.00 per photo charge.
3) Please make the appropriate payment in the  online shopping cart.
4) E-mail your photos to us and we will edit and upload them for you.
5) If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we will have to wait until we receive your payment to upload your photos. Please mail check or money order payable to 

NYCastings in the appropriate amount to NYCastings, P.O. Box 217, Ringwood, NJ 07456.

FREE PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE
Another option for the internetsavvy person is to use www.webresizer.com. This site can help you make files to match the specs we list. You can also do minor photo editing techniques with it. This is a widely used free program that is also recommended by MySpace for photo editing.
