Project Description: Set in New Orleans during the final days before Hurricane Katrina, Silent Waters is a powerful Southern drama about family, loss, and long-buried secrets.
As Odessa struggles to hold her family together following the death of her husband, tensions rise, old wounds resurface, and hidden truths threaten to unravel everything she has worked to preserve. With the storm closing in, each family member must confront the past and decide what they are willing to fight for before it is washed away forever.
Through dreams, flashbacks, music, and folklore, Silent Waters explores grief, redemption, generational wounds, faith, and the choices that shape our destinies.
