Project Description: Get paid to make a real difference in kids' lives, full-time salary, a benefits package, and every travel expense covered, from airfare to hotels to daily meals. This isn't gig work; it's a career with heart, and we take care of our people.
For more than 35 years, All For KIDZ has brought captivating live performance into elementary schools across the country with The NED Shows; high-energy, big-hearted assemblies that have inspired more than 50 million students. NED stands for three simple ideas we live by: Never give up. Encourage others. Do your best. Our mission is to promote academic achievement through character development, helping kids become Champions at School and in Life. Because we believe there's a Champion in every kid.
This is full-time touring work, several 45 minute shows a day, traveling between elementary schools in regional markets. It takes stamina, professionalism, and a great attitude. It is also genuinely fun. Few jobs let you watch your impact land in real time, in the faces of kids who needed to hear that they matter, that they can keep going, and that they are capable of more than they knew.
Who should apply: We welcome applications from performers, teaching artists, theater-education graduates, children's entertainers, youth program leaders, improv artists, and educators with a passion for live performance. If you love kids, can command a stage solo, and bring the fun every single day, we want to hear from you.
