I've been registered with NYCastings for almost 6 months now. I got a couple bookings. My first job was a short film called the Man Who Loves Flowers I played an extra and I had a fun time being there everyone was nice and humorous, and I recently booked a job as an extra for a movie called Someone else for this weekend. Even though I didn't get as much as jobs as I predicted when I first registered I know that in time my job bookings will increase. |

When I first signed up with NYCastings I was as green as you could get. I had a friend take a photo of me so I at least had some kind of picture up. I applied to different Extra positions for a few weeks with no responses at all. I figured I was missing something, so I did a little research and had new pictures taken and uploaded a new cover photo to send out when I applied to jobs through NYCastings. It didn't take long to start getting responses and I got called about 3 different jobs in one week! Thank you NYCastings for creating the opportunity to get me where I wanted to be! |

Since then I booked a Equity Theater show "Teddy & Alice The Musical". I've appeared in my first feature film "TRAKKED". I've become a member of Kids4Kids NYC. Also pending are a dance TV show for national broadcast and a second feature film. It has been amazing to be part of this website and to get myself exposed to so many wonderful opportunities to fulfill my passion of being part of this wonderful industry. Through NY Castings Elias was a principal for an industrial for Sanofi- Aventis. It was a quick fun shoot in Tompkins Square park. The casting director direct booked him because she loved his photo and offered to recommend him to a major management firm. |
